If you are not a programmer, and just want to include basic search functionality
on your website, our widget is very easy to add to an existing webpage. Just copy
and paste the code below to your webpage and visitors to your website will be able
to search millions of properties by address!
Here's what they look like: (may take a second to load)
iframe H (horizontal, black border and green border)
iframe V (vertical, blue border and red border and no border)
 |
Choose one of the following colors, and where the code below says "black" in italics,
replace it with the color you want for your border: black, red, blue, green or none.
You can also specify a CSS background color with bgcolor=blue (for example).
iframe H (horizontal)
<iframe src="http://www.housefront.com/widgets/iframe/iframeH.aspx?border=black" width="420" height="150" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" ></iframe>
iframe V (vertical)
<iframe src="http://www.housefront.com/widgets/iframe/iframeV.aspx?border=black" width="240" height="400" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" ></iframe>
|
 |
Copy one of the code above (either iframe H for a horizontal banner or iframe V
for a vertical banner) and paste it into your web page (if you have someone else
managing your website, send the code to them). |
 |
Save the webpage or send it to your server.
- If you use FrontPage, open the page you want to add the widget to and select the
HTML tab in the lower-left hand corner. Add the code above to the page, usually
near the top. By going to the Preview tab, you can see what the site will look like
when you publish it.
- Most users have to upload their web pages using an FTP client - your ISP or website
provider can assist you with getting files into their systems.
- If you use a website to change your webpages, visit that website and copy/paste
the code above into your pages that way.
- If you have a web developer, or someone who maintains your website for you, have
them add the code above (the "iframe" bit) to the page.
